Originally a Montana girl, I moved to Boise 26 years ago and made it my home. I’ve spent the last 20+ years in the Treasure Valley healthcare community, primarily in Home Health. I’ve worn many hats; working in HR, admissions, advertising, brand development, and sales. By far, my most fulfilling moments were those spent in the living room, helping families in transition. As a Community Relations Manager, I was able to develop many significant relationships with families and healthcare partners throughout the valley. My experience has taken me in and out of all the assisted living, memory care, and skilled facilities this area has to offer, and I know the community well. Since my transition to Oasis, I’ve continued to build on these relationships and develop new partnerships with the amazing people of this valley.

I am – and have always been – passionate about good, old-fashioned, customer service. I love helping families, who find themselves in unfamiliar territory, go from crisis to calm. When I get to share resources or surprise a family with options, that feeds my soul. I’m blessed to be a blessing! There is nothing better than making a living doing what you love, and as a Senior Advisor for Oasis, I get to do just that.

My husband and I are learning to live in our empty nest. We’ve raised 4 thriving young adults and love spending time with our new grandbaby. We enjoy exploring mid-century modern architecture and spoiling our two adorable Scottish Fold cats.

Kathy Lacina has served as a community outreach specialist for senior living communities and home health care agencies. Most recently, she was the Sales Director for Revel Eagle, an over 55 senior living community in Eagle, ID. Her career has spanned decades of working in the retail and technology industries. She entered the senior care industry and discovered her passion for serving the seniors in the Treasure Valley. Her positions in home and health care have given her an added perspective on the challenges that seniors face as they continue on their life journey. Her position as sales director at Revel allowed her to draw from all those experiences when helping seniors find their forever home. Kathy has served on several committees relating to senior care in the Treasure Valley including Idaho Guardians and Fiduciary Association, HAPPEN, Idaho Health Continuum of Care Alliance and LEARN. isa

Idaho native Malori Peters is a passionate advocate for senior citizens. Her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults began during her childhood when she performed with choirs at local nursing homes. This passion continued to be fueled by her work as a caregiver, medication technician, office manager, sales and marketing director, assistant director, and executive director in several local assisted living communities.

Malori has held an administrator's license since April 2022. Her extensive experience in the local communities of Boise, Meridian, and Nampa gives her a unique understanding of the challenges that older adults face when navigating senior living options. She is dedicated to upholding resident rights, which includes protecting seniors' rights to make choices about their care. Malori works to provide resources and information to help families make informed decisions based on their specific needs and preferences.
