I have over 20 years of experience managing and delivering high-quality service solutions for seniors, and I have a BS in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University.
My core competencies include healthcare management, healthcare consulting, contract negotiation, budgeting, compliance, customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, and team leadership. I am passionate about enhancing the health and well-being of seniors. I have a proven track record of implementing innovative and cost-effective strategies, securing new business opportunities, and leading successful projects and initiatives that exceed the expectations of clients.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, and watching New England sports teams and Florida State football.
