Hello, I am Patricia Jacotin, and I am your local Certified Senior Living Advisor. The decision to open Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Boston followed my own journey helping my elderly loved ones navigate the ongoing challenges of healthcare and senior living. My career focus has always been in the healthcare industry and helping others is my calling.

With a Master’s Degree in Public Health and a Master’s in Business Administration, I have a deep understanding of the options for care and what it takes to navigate healthcare systems, senior care and living options. My professional experience spans 15 years, working for a large community-based teaching hospital on strategic initiatives to improve the patient experience, expanding access to care, and strengthening clinical care teams as an outpatient hospital administrator.

My family and I moved to Lexington, Massachusetts, in 2015. When my family relocated, I paused to focus on my three children and community through volunteering. As an executive board member of several local non-profit organizations, I balanced my time as a stay-at-home parent while also applying my professional experience and skills. I thrive on solving problems, helping others, and being a connector to resources.

As your Certified Senior Advisor, I am here to help you during, what can be, a difficult time. If you or someone you know is in need of senior care, it would be my honor to walk you through every option available in the Northwest Boston area.

My name is Melissa Nachatelo Lee, and I hope to help you find the best place for you or your loved one to live better. Years ago, when my father became ill and needed long-term care, we needed help to walk us through the options, the information, and some of the most difficult decisions we had to face as a family. It felt like a puzzle where we never held all the pieces. I joined Patricia at Oasis Senior Advisors Northwest Boston to help our seniors and their loved ones put the pieces into place to find the best quality of life they can-whether it be aging in place in an independent living community, finding more socialization and solutions at an assisted living community, or getting the memory care help needed to contend with diseases that take so much away. My background in health journalism and my work in international development/conflict resolution, along with my 30+ years of personal experiences in helping my own family through the maze of healthcare, insurance, and financial plans, led me to this role.
