I was born in Macon Illinois. At a young age of 13, I started my career in healthcare as a candy striper working with seniors in a Nursing Home. A few years later I began as a Nursing Assistant, then was Licensed as a nurse. In college, I majored in Nursing and Health. Years later I decided to stay in Health Care but different capacity. I went back to college and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. I spent over 40 years serving seniors in Health Care.

Before joining Oasis Senior Advisors, I had the privilege to run the operation of the Assisted Living as Executive Director. This experience helped me to see what the seniors and their families went through in trying to decide to move or move their loved one into an Assisted Living. This decision is one of the most difficult decisions that would have to be made. I have seen the stress take a toll on the senior and the families.

As a Senior Advisor, I want to remove that stress of finding the most appropriate community that meets the needs of the senior. My passion for seniors makes me do whatever it takes to find that community that will provide the senior’s preferences and needs. I look forward to meeting with you and taking the time to get to know you and help remove that overwhelming stress of choosing a community.
