Jeff Crittenden is passionate about helping families navigate one of the hardest transitions they’ll ever face: finding the right assisted living for their loved ones. He understands that the journey can be overwhelming, emotional, and often lonely, and his goal is to make the process as simple and supportive as possible.
Growing up in Marietta, GA, and attending the University of Georgia, Jeff spent nearly two decades in corporate roles at Xerox and Orr Safety. While those positions taught him valuable lessons in teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership, what Jeff found most rewarding was connecting with people—listening to their stories, understanding their needs, and helping them find clarity during difficult times.
In his personal life, Jeff met his wife, Amy, and together they’ve built a beautiful life in Pewee Valley, Kentucky, with their four kids and their cat, Zoey. Family is at the heart of everything he does, which is one of the reasons his work is so personal to him.
In 2016, Jeff and Amy acquired Oasis, a service that connects families with free, personalized support to simplify the search for assisted living options. Through tools like OasisIQ, Jeff works directly with families to learn about their unique challenges, hopes, and circumstances. He focuses not just on facilities or paperwork but on creating peace of mind during a time that can feel incredibly uncertain.
What Jeff loves most about his work is that it allows him to show up every day for families who need guidance, care, and understanding. He doesn’t view his role as just a job—it’s a meaningful way to help others, and being part of their journey and helping them find the right solution makes it all worthwhile.
