Jason and Nnenna (Nen) are married and live in Lancaster County. They have two adult children.

Nnenna (Nen) is an accomplished Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and is a board-certified case manager with extensive experience in Managed Care, Long-term Care, Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Population Health. With a proven track record in care coordination, patient advocacy, and improving healthcare outcomes, Nnenna’s leadership and expertise will be invaluable in helping guide families through the complexities of senior care. As a process-driven leader, Nnenna is passionate about empowering seniors by providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed healthcare decisions. Nnenna enjoys spending time thrifting and watching a Hallmark movie.

Jason brings a dynamic background as a legal professional and former engineer, with expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Having worked with both public and private organizations, Jason’s problem-solving skills, business acumen, and collaborative approach will be essential as he supports families in making informed senior living decisions. Jason also managed to squeeze in twenty-one years with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard,  retiring as a Sergeant First Class. He enjoys watching Philly sports, reading, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Outside of their professional lives, Nnenna and Jason are dedicated to their community and excited to make a positive impact through the Lancaster Communities. Our combined passion, expertise, and commitment to service make us a perfect fit for assisting seniors and their families.
