We're local.  We grew up here and raised our four kids here. We've faced many of the same challenges you're facing in our own lives; first with Paul's parents and more recently with Susan's.  We know firsthand how difficult it is to get the information you need to make critical decisions about the care of a senior loved one and then to find unbiased advice on the resources they need.  That's what brought us to Oasis and why we've made helping families navigate their search for senior living our life's work. I have always loved helping older adults and consider it a specialty in my life. Since gaining my Master of Social Work from Fordham University, I have worked in geriatric care for over 15 years, serving as a Director of Social Work for the majority of my career. In that role, my focus was providing clinical guidance and discharge planning while understanding the needs of the patient and their family. I found that work rewarding and inspiring, and I look forward to bringing my expertise to the families I work with at Oasis.

Nine years ago, I made the decision to pick up and move from Long Island to Stamford, Connecticut, and pursue a career in Senior Living.  I began my career as a Director of Sales with Sunrise Senior Living at Brighton Gardens of Stamford. Four years later I made the jump to Memory Care only Assisted Living at Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull. The ensuing five years had a tremendous impact on me, both professionally and personally. I’ve worked directly with residents living with dementia and their families to support, console, and empower them as they navigated the path of a life with dementia. Throughout my time in Connecticut, I have maintained a great relationship with Paul and Susan Doyle and seen up close their inspiring work supporting families. Nine years later, I'm humbled and honored to now be a part of the Oasis team.

Moon is the glue that holds our team together.  As Administrative Coordinator, she maintains our database on communities, providers, and resources to ensure our advisors always have the most recent information at their fingertips. She creates and traffics all our social media, manages scheduling, and produces all internal reporting.
