For the past 20 years, Interfaith of The Woodlands and CarePartners® have joined together to provide a day of education and resources for our community through the Caregivers Conference. This event benefits many individuals and is a unique opportunity for those caring for loved ones to access resources and information.

This year’s Spring Caregivers Conference will be held on May 17, 2025 at Christ Church Methodist.

The conference will feature 15 professionally led informative and skill-building workshops that will address a range of concerns, interests, and needs of caregivers.
