Jenny Sanchez

Thank you for your interest in Oasis Senior Advisors. I was born in Ohio and, at age 7, left for the adventures of growing up overseas with an Air Force family. After residing in Japan and Italy, we relocated back to the States. I returned to Cincinnati shortly thereafter, and it has remained “home” for most of my life. Traveling as a child allowed me a variety of cultural experiences. Traveling is still my greatest hobby, and I have enjoyed passing along those experiences to my children. In my early years, I took on some work through college at a Hospice unit, and I absolutely loved working with families and hearing the amazing stories that seniors would share with me about their life experiences. After college, I spent 10 years working in Deaf Education and in the community helping many elderly along the way to communicate effectively with legal matters, clinical visits, church services, and other interpreting needs. As an Oasis Advisor, I spend every day helping families navigate very unchartered waters with their aging loved ones. Often, there are many layers of needs, and it is our job to help uncover all those needs and come up with a solution. We not only advocate for the best solution for our clients but also for their families, who are often the caregivers. Advocating for our seniors in our community is top of mind for me, daily. I have been a co-chair of the Butler and Warren Counties Walk to End Alzheimer's, and I am very passionate about their cause. I am proud to now sit on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cincinnati Alzheimer's Association and have the great opportunity to be involved in change at a local and state level through advocacy. In addition, I sit on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit, Community Aging Resource Experts (CARE). I invest in my employees so that some of their workday can also be spent advocating and being involved in local programming with other organizations. I sincerely enjoy people and especially enjoy helping others! While this moment in time may feel overwhelming for your family, having my guidance and support can help ease a difficult and time-consuming process. I am committed to taking the same vested interest alongside your family to find the best fit possible for your loved one.

Matt began his Healthcare career 35 years ago as a Registered Nurse at Miami Valley Hospital after graduating from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. The experience in Critical Care Nursing and Burn Care led to him being able to work with 2 Best in Class Wound Care and Medical Device Companies in both the Dayton and Cincinnati territories. Being a solid performer and relationship builder in the Wound, Skin, and Ostomy care industry has allowed him to work with Seniors in all different Health Care settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, Home Health, and Physicians' offices. These industry relationships are helpful when working with Discharge Planners and Social Workers in all care settings to coordinate the best plan of care for our seniors' needs. A graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Services Administration, Suzanne has had the privilege of working in the senior health care industry for over 20 years. She has primarily worked in an administrative role of marketing and community relations in skilled nursing, assisted and independent living and home care. Debra Jaspers

Debra Jaspers joined the Oasis Senior Advisors Mason team, as a natural transition to follow her passion for helping others.

Debra was born in Ilion, NY (upstate), where she spent much of her childhood before moving to South Florida at the age of 13. At that life juncture, she went to work for her family business until graduation.

Her 35 years of hospitality and serving others lead her the senior living space but not before management success with large companies including: William Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Starbucks, Home Depot and Cracker Barrel.

At the end of every day, Deb’s goal has always been to make sure the people she serves in these roles have the best possible experience. Deb found a passion throughout her management experience, working with and helping seniors. She eventually joined the management team with YMCA, and became a National Director, working with seniors in the Silver Sneakers program and encouraging seniors to live their best and healthy lifestyle.

Once again, her passion for seniors took flight, and she landed at Evergreen Retirement Community as the Director of Hospitality, then the Director of Sales and Marketing for Senior Lifestyle at the Sheridan of Mason. The hardest role of her life entered in 2020, when she helped to manage her community through the pandemic. As they transitioned in 2021 to new ownership with Anthology, she continued to serve as the Director of Sales and Marketing, and love on her residents as they chose their new home.

One of Deb’s greatest passions is to help seniors find the right community to age in place and live their best life.

Deb immensely loves and cares for her own mother, suffering from the disease of dementia.

Jerry Craft

Jerry Craft has been working in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. He has experience in several different roles, capacities, and locations within the field. His passion for assisting people in the often challenging and sometimes confusing healthcare world inspired his career. He attended both Wright State University and Northern Kentucky University.

Jerry discovered his love for helping others in the earlier years of his life, when he experienced a loved one suffering from dementia. As a caregiver to his grandmother, he learned the hardships of caring for a family member, and experienced those struggles firsthand. Having faced this for himself has aided in his ability to understand, comfort, and encourage those in the elderly community and their families. His wish is to assist families in these situations, and be a light to those who need it. He desires to reassure families that their loved ones are safe, well cared for, and happy.

His cheerful demeanor and spirit will guarantee a new friendship will ensue after you encounter Jerry. He has built a community with his colleagues through serving on various committees, the Alzheimer’s Association, networking groups, and other professional endeavors. He has been affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association for 20 years. He is the treasurer for the Cin-Day Seniors Networking Group and belongs to several healthcare and community groups. Being well connected in the community helps Jerry know and understand the ever changing healthcare possibilities and enables him to help others navigate through the journey of finding the optimal services they need.

Abbey Antelo

Abbey, a graduate of Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences with a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration, brings a wealth of experience from her clinical settings. Her journey in healthcare began at a mental health center, where she honed her skills in patient care and support. When the pandemic necessitated a shift to remote work, Abbey transitioned seamlessly to Christ Hospital, where she dedicated over three years to the ICU step-down unit as a nursing assistant.

Driven by a passion for patient advocacy and holistic care, Abbey is currently pursuing her nursing license to further expand her impact in healthcare. Her affinity for working with seniors has been a consistent thread throughout her career. Fondly referred to as “The Great Storytellers,” Abbey's senior patients have found solace and companionship in her presence, often sharing cherished anecdotes and life lessons.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Abbey's interests are as diverse as her experiences. A former lacrosse player, she excelled in the sport through high school and continued to play at the collegiate level until she transferred back to Cincinnati. Abbey's commitment to the game extended beyond her playing days as she served as the high school assistant coach for girls' lacrosse at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy for four years, nurturing the talents of young athletes.

When not on the lacrosse field or in the hospital, Abbey finds joy in exploration and adventure. Whether embarking on road trips to discover hidden gems or jetting off to new destinations, she embraces the thrill of travel wholeheartedly. At home, Abbey is a devoted companion to her deaf dog, Lincoln, whose presence brings comfort and joy to her everyday life.

Abbey's multifaceted experiences, combined with her unwavering dedication to patient care and her vibrant personality, make her a valuable addition to any healthcare team.
