Connie began her career in 1982 in the technology division of a retail department store. After 3 ½ years, she resigned to explore opportunities in the financial industry. She spent 29 years in the financial industry and had the opportunity to develop her technical and managerial skills.

One of the goals Connie has for the next chapter in her life is to make a difference in the lives of people. In 2009 her father-in-law passed away, leaving her mother-in-law alone. Two years later, in 2011, her mother-in-law came to live with them, after having survived several strokes. This left her very frail. Connie and her husband cared for her in their home for as long as they could, but eventually, they had to find alternate living arrangements. The task of finding a place was an enormous challenge. They did not know where or how to begin. Connie has learned first-hand the challenges facing families during these difficult transitions. She’s also reminded of the responsibilities we have as a society to honor and provide for our seniors.

Oasis is a perfect fit for Connie. It allows her to marry her passion with her career. She is able to help meet a tremendous need that is currently lacking in their community, that of maintaining the dignity and quality of life that our seniors deserve.

Pat’s passion for Assisted Living was born, like so many, when looking at communities for a family member. The lifestyle offered (to both the residents and their families) inspired her to give up a successful Orthopedic Sales and Marketing company and become an Assisted Living Marketing Director.

Over her 2-decade long career, Pat has earned the trust of over 1000 families in dealing with the journey to Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is fueled by being the experienced and empathetic guide that can turn hesitancy and inaction into a better quality of life for the whole family.

When not working, Pat can be found in the Kitchen, cooking and baking for and with friends. Carrot cake anyone?

After experiencing the challenges of caring and advocating for ailing parents, Karen is now turning her focus to community health and senior advising. She previously worked thirty-three years as a Central Office Technician at Verizon providing excellent customer service and maintaining complex telecommunications equipment.As an Office Assistant for Oasis Senior Advisors, Karen is tasked with data input, community touring and networking support. She supports the President of the company as well as the team members with educating and informing seniors and their family members on options pertaining to assisted living communities.She attended Hofstra University and is graduate of Empire State College with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. Karen currently resides in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey with her husband of 30 years and has two children, James and Breanna.

Audrey has significant experience with elder care planning both professionally and personally.

For more than a decade, Audrey served as the Sales and Marketing rep for the Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills, which provided home health care, nursing and therapy, to seniors at home. She developed relationships with all the local skilled nursing facilities and assisted-living facilities. She also managed the Adult Day center located in Basking Ridge, which provided a safe and stimulating environment for seniors, many with cognitive issues.

Closer to home, she and her sister managed their mother’s successive relocations, required as Mom required more care and assistance. This challenging process made her realize the importance of having expert guidance and advice in planning Senior care, and choosing between all the various options for Senior Living.

ileene brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her role as a Senior Living Advisor. After a successful career in the corporate world as a Customer Success Manager in the software industry, ileene decided to follow her lifelong passion for helping others and supporting seniors. She also brings entrepreneurial experience, having owned and operated her own pet business for 16 years before transitioning to the corporate sector.

Drawing from her personal experience caring for her father during his later years, including navigating his transitions from independent living to assisted living, and her volunteer work with the New Jersey Long-Term Care Ombudsman, ileene is deeply committed to advocating for seniors and their families. Her empathetic nature and dedication enable her to provide meaningful guidance to those navigating similar journeys

Outside of work, ileene enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets, and cherishing life’s small joys.

Senior Living has been Courtney's vocation for over 20 years. Her career in Senior Living started as a Director of Activities for a large nursing home. Two months afterward, she was asked to start a dementia program, and that started her love for Senior Living. Courtney loves supporting and educating families and being a voice for seniors. Through professional experience, she understands every intricate detail about Senior Living Communities and how to navigate through those details. Personally, she understands the emotional toll of caring for an aging loved one and having to make difficult decisions. 

When not working – Courtney loves spending time with family and friends she calls family. She also loves a nice Caribbean beach.
