Mary Klatt is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years of experience, including the last 9 years dedicated to the senior living industry. Originally from Long Island, NY, she graduated from Cazenovia College with a degree in Marketing.

Mary began her career in sales leadership at Sprint before transitioning to the senior living sector. In 2015, she relocated to Danville, VA, to care for aging family members, which sparked her passion for healthcare. In 2019, she earned her Certified Dementia Practitioner certification, allowing her to better support individuals with dementia. Her commitment to this cause led her to serve on the board of the South-Central Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she also chaired the annual walk in 2020.

In 2021, Mary moved to Connecticut, where she took on the role of Sales Director of Marketing in senior living. Since then, she has also been a volunteer at the Rocky Hill Senior Center, where she facilitates a monthly dementia support group, providing valuable tools and resources for those seeking a better understanding of the dementia journey. In September 2024, Mary joined Oasis Senior Advisors, continuing her mission to assist families in navigating senior living solutions and enhancing the lives of seniors.

With over three decades of experience in healthcare and senior care, Ann is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older adults and their families. Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, she embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom before transitioning into various positions in senior home care. Ann’s journey includes being a primary caregiver for five senior family members and working in roles such as scheduler, client care coordinator, and case manager while living on Cape Cod.

Now a resident of Glastonbury, Ann previously volunteered as a camp host for the National Park Service and most recently served as a community educator. She holds certifications in End-of-Life Doula, Case Management, Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care, and Gerontology. Ann is dedicated to collaborating with like-minded professionals to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to be a strong advocate in that process. In her free time, she enjoys art, antiques, reading, writing, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Woody.
