I first moved to the Boston area in 1988 to attend graduate school at Northeastern University and then Harvard, and now call the South Shore my home. My late husband and I met at Northeastern and we have two wonderful children, who are now grown.
Most of my career has been in academia, working with undergraduates on natural resources research projects and later in campus sustainability. These positions allowed the flexibility to care for my husband, who was a disabled veteran. After his death, I shifted careers to help people facing the emotional turmoil that accompanies declining health.
As an Oasis Senior Advisor, I am more than a resource, standing alongside you or a loved one on the journey to a living situation that best meets your needs. This is a challenging time; you don’t have to go it alone. We’ll figure it out together.
