On-site resources include licensed nurses, physical therapy, hospice and ambulatory care, along with routine services such as laundry, incontinence care and full-service bathing, dressing, eating and toileting assistance. The community accepts residents who use walkers or wheelchairs and can perform standby help, two-person transfers or full-body Hoyer lifts when required.

Apartments are designed for privacy and convenience, and many feature an in-room private bathroom. Layouts and features vary, so not every suite contains every listed accommodation. Residents can furnish and decorate their space to fit individual preferences while maintaining access to emergency response systems.

Meals are prepared on site with two ordering options. Most days feature a set menu, but staff can also take individual orders to accommodate personal tastes or dietary restrictions. Assistance is available in the dining area for residents who need help cutting food, eating or managing adaptive utensils.
