Noel Manor offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living, giving residents the option to choose the level of day-to-day help that suits them. The community can manage wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, and diabetes care—whether the resident is on oral medications, insulin injections, or a sliding-scale regimen. Support is also available for residents under 60 and for individuals with moderate dementia conditions.
To back up these services, an RN or LPN is on staff, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day. All employees undergo background checks, and an awake night shift adds another layer of oversight. A dedicated Activity Director coordinates daily programs, while on-site podiatry visits reduce the need for outside appointments. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, standby supervision at meals, and a range of transfer help from walkers and wheelchairs to one-person assist.
Apartments vary, but many include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, and cable service; residents can paint or decorate their space if they wish. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are included for Assisted Living, and those choosing Independent Living can opt for housekeeping and laundry services as well. Not every unit has every feature, so it is best to confirm availability during a tour.
Meals follow a set menu prepared to accommodate physician-ordered diets. Snacks are available between mealtimes, and a private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings. Residents in Independent Living benefit from the same dining program, making it easier to avoid meal preparation while still enjoying balanced nutrition.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, an exercise room, movie room, internet access, library, on-site religious services, and a schedule of special-interest clubs. Transportation is available for errands and medical appointments. Pets are allowed. It's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
