Apartments may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, furnished setups, individual temperature controls, and the option to repaint or decorate, although not every unit includes every feature. Three daily meals are prepared with diet modifications when prescribed, and snacks are available throughout the day. Residents in Independent Living can add medication-management monitoring and laundry service when needed, maintaining autonomy while staying safe.

Resident parking, outside smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible design, a barber/beauty shop, internet access, and on-site religious services are available. Scheduled transportation helps with errands and medical visits, and public transit stops are nearby for those who drive less or not at all. Pets are allowed.
