Azura Memory Care of Oshkosh provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care, including support for residents living with advanced dementia. The care team can manage residents who wander during the day or night, have a history of elopement, display combative or other behavioral issues, or remain awake throughout the night. Clinical oversight is available for wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, and adults under 60 who need a secured setting. Diabetic residents receive monitoring and treatment for oral medications, insulin injections, and sliding-scale protocols.

Clinical staffing includes an RN or LPN on site and a nurse on call around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, and an awake night shift monitors safety. Doors are alarmed, and the rear outdoor area is fenced. Podiatry services are provided on-site. The community offers full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby with a walker to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers for bed-bound residents.

Apartments are available furnished, and residents may paint or decorate to suit personal tastes; not every unit has every feature. Cable service can be arranged in select rooms.

Dining follows a set menu with the option to order alternative dishes. Snacks are available throughout the day, and the kitchen can accommodate physician-ordered diet modifications, including strict diabetic management.

Residents have access to parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, internet connectivity, communal gardens, on-site religious services, and scheduled transportation. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
