Health oversight is strengthened by an on-call nurse available around the clock, background-checked staff, and an awake night shift. A visiting podiatrist provides on-site foot care. Direct assistance is available for bathing, dressing, and toileting, and staff can help with eating when only some physical assistance is needed. Mobility support ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person transfers, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs to reduce fall risk and keep residents active in daily programs.

Apartments may feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, and in-unit washer/dryer connections, though not every unit includes every feature.
