The team is prepared to manage wandering behaviors at any hour, including elopement risks, combative or other behavioral issues, and “up all night” sleep patterns. Private and semi-private accommodations come furnished, and many units include independent temperature controls, cable service, and in-unit laundry; housekeeping is included. Residents may personalize their spaces with their own décor or even repaint, though not all units contain every listed feature. Families are encouraged to confirm specifics during a tour.

Meals are prepared to order, and scheduled snacks are always available. The kitchen follows physician-prescribed diet modifications, including low-sodium, diabetic, or texture-adjusted meals, so that nutrition plans remain consistent with each resident’s medical requirements.

Residents have access to on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, and fully wheelchair-accessible common spaces. Additional conveniences include a barber and beauty shop, landscaped communal gardens, and regular religious services offered on campus.
