Living Tree Estates provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to remain on the same campus even as needs change. Care teams are trained to manage advanced dementia and can safely accommodate residents who wander at any hour, elope, exhibit combative behavior, have other behavioral challenges, or stay up through the night. Clinical oversight extends to oxygen therapy, specialized diets, diabetes care whether oral, injected, or sliding-scale insulin, and support for adults under 60 who need a higher level of daily assistance.
Registered and licensed nurses are on site or on call around the clock, and every caregiver passing a background check works an awake night shift to monitor residents. Door alarms, fenced outdoor areas, pull-cord systems, and personal emergency response devices reinforce security. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility services range from simple standby help and walker guidance to two-person transfers and Hoyer-lift support for bed-bound residents. On-site podiatry is offered, and the community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses, coordinating with outside providers as needed.
Private and semi-private suites are available, and some include features such as their own bathroom, furnished basics, independent climate controls, cable service, and the option to repaint or personalize the space. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are included, but individual rooms may not offer every feature listed, so families are encouraged to verify specific layouts during a visit.
Meals follow a set menu prepared to physician or dietitian guidelines. Between-meal snacks are available, and kitchen staff can prepare mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid diets as well as other physician-ordered modifications. Staff monitor intake closely for residents who require assistance while eating.
Residents have access to outdoor smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an on-site barber and beauty shop, internet connectivity, communal gardens, and regularly scheduled religious services. The community also arranges transportation for medical appointments and local errands.
