Oasis Senior Advisors in All Cities, WI provides four distinct levels of care: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Residential Care Home, and Memory Care. Residents with early to advanced dementia can remain on campus as their needs change, while those seeking a lighter service package can opt for Independent Living with optional support. The Memory Care program is structured for individuals who wander or are prone to elopement, and the Residential Care Home setting delivers a smaller, homelike environment for residents who prefer or need additional oversight without a larger community footprint.
Medical and behavioral support spans wandering redirection, elopement prevention, management of combative or other challenging behaviors, wound care, and oxygen administration. Diabetics are accepted whether on oral medications, injections, or sliding scale protocols. Nurses—both RN and LPN—are on site around the clock, with additional nurse coverage on call. Overnight staffing includes both awake and asleep night‐shift employees, augmented by an Activity Director during the day. Security measures feature fenced perimeters, door alarms, WanderGuard, pull cords that alert staff or call 911, and a 24-hour staff presence. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and the community is equipped for all transfer needs, from standby supervision to Hoyer lifts for bed-bound residents. On-site podiatry is offered, and residents with psychiatric diagnoses are accepted.
Accommodation choices range from studios to larger apartments; some units include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and cable, while others offer more basic layouts. Furnishings are provided, but residents are welcome to bring personal items and can repaint or decorate to their taste, subject to community guidelines. Not every apartment has every feature, so it is best to confirm availability during a tour.
Dining programs accommodate both set menus and made-to-order meals. Snacks are available throughout the day, and the kitchen can manage physician-ordered diet modifications, including carbohydrate-controlled plans and other special diets. Independent Living residents can add medication‐management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan as needed, allowing them to age in place with minimal disruption to their daily routine.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an exercise room, movie theater, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, a barber/beauty shop, and a stair glide for easier movement between floors. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas, pets are allowed, and the community is close to public transportation. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
