Harmony at Southridge provides three levels of residential care: Assisted Living for seniors who need routine help with daily activities, Independent Living for those who want minimal support, and a secured Memory Care program designed for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. The community is equipped to manage wandering, elopement risk, and other behavioral concerns associated with cognitive decline, including advanced dementia conditions.

Round-the-clock clinical oversight includes an RN or LPN on staff, a nurse on-site 24 hours a day, and an additional nurse on call. Residents benefit from on-site incontinence and ambulatory care, medication management, hospice coordination, and visits from occupational and physical therapists. Assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting is provided when only some physical support is needed. Transfer help ranges from standby supervision to two-person assists and accommodates walkers and wheelchairs. Safety features include background-checked staff, an awake night shift, 24-hour security, and wander-guard technology.

Apartments vary in size and layout, and not every residence includes every feature. Many units offer private bathrooms, kitchenettes, cable service, and in-unit laundry, with housekeeping included. Residents can take meals in a restaurant-style dining room or reserve a private dining room for guests. The culinary team handles physician-ordered diet modifications and general nutrition management without added flourish.

Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping and scheduled laundry service so they can focus on social, recreational, or off-site activities rather than routine chores. These services can be adjusted if a resident’s needs change over time and chooses to transition to Assisted Living.

Amenities on the campus include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge desk, library, special-interest clubs, and scheduled transportation. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
