Olympus Living of Spokane Valley offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living, allowing residents to move between levels of care without leaving the community. Clinical services cover oxygen management, diabetes care for those on oral medications or insulin injections, and support for residents younger than 60. The team is trained to work with moderate dementia conditions, and an RN or LPN is on site, backed by a nurse on call around the clock.

Daily care is structured and monitored. A therapy room and visiting podiatrist reduce the need for off-site appointments. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing and dressing, partial help with eating and toileting, and they accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, and one-person transfers. Background-checked caregivers remain awake overnight, doors are alarmed, and resident rooms have pull cords that alert staff. An activity director coordinates engagement programs throughout the week.

Residences range from studio layouts to larger units. Depending on the apartment, features may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, in-unit laundry, and the option to paint or decorate. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are offered community-wide, though not every apartment includes every listed feature. Independent Living residents can elect weekly housekeeping, laundry, and a monthly meal plan.

Dining follows a set menu with diet modifications as needed, three meals daily for Assisted Living, and an optional meal plan for Independent Living. Snacks are available anytime, and residents may have trays delivered to their rooms or reserve the private dining room for family gatherings.

The 28-acre campus provides resident parking, RV parking, wheelchair-accessible pathways, communal gardens, and an indoor walking track around the Community Center. Amenities include a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, library, internet access, special-interest clubs, on-site religious services, guest meals for $8, and shuttle transportation for medical appointments; one-way trips to the airport cost $40. Garage rentals are $45 per month, and extra storage space can be leased when available.
