Care teams are trained in the complexities of advanced dementia and can supply full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as partial help with eating. Transfer aid ranges from standby supervision through walker or wheelchair support, up to two-person or full-lift/Hoyer transfers for bed-bound residents. Podiatry and a dedicated therapy room are available on site, reducing the need for outside appointments.

Registered and/or licensed nurses are on staff, all employees undergo background checks, and an awake night shift is in place. Residents live in a secured environment featuring 24-hour staffing, fenced front and rear areas, door alarms, and WanderGuard systems. Pull-cord alerts connect directly to caregivers, and an activity director coordinates daily programming designed to engage residents safely.

Accommodation options vary. Some suites include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and cable service; others may not include every feature. Residents can personalize their space by painting or decorating, and regular housekeeping plus scheduled laundry are part of the standard package. Independent Living participants have access to medication-management monitoring, housekeeping and laundry, and a monthly meal plan.

Dining services offer a set menu as well as on-order options, with snacks available throughout the day, in-room dining for those who prefer it, and a private dining room for family visits. Dietary modifications such as gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, purée, and thickened-liquid meals are prepared as ordered.
