Resident accommodations are available in several layouts, some offering private bathrooms, furnished rooms, independent temperature controls, and cable connections; not every unit includes every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specifics when touring.

Dining operates on a set menu with routine offerings, but the kitchen will modify meals to meet physician-ordered diets and personal preferences. Snacks are available outside scheduled meal times to help manage blood-sugar levels or late-night appetites.

The property is fully wheelchair accessible and features an on-site barber and beauty shop, a wellness center, and scheduled transportation. Its location across from the Booth Gardner Parkinson’s Care Center and close proximity to public transit make outside medical appointments and family visits more convenient.
