Ideal Adult Family Home, LPN operates as a residential care home and is equipped to handle a wide range of medical conditions. The nursing team manages residents who wander during the day or night, are at risk of elopement, display combative or other challenging behaviors, or remain awake throughout the night. Advanced support is available for wound care, oxygen therapy, special dietary requirements, and incontinence. The community also accepts adults under 60 and offers comprehensive diabetes care, including oral medications, injections, and sliding-scale insulin. Care plans are tailored for people living with advanced dementia, with regular coordination between on-site nurses and outside medical providers.
