North Creek by Bonaventure offers three levels of residency—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care—allowing residents to remain in the same community as their support needs evolve. The Memory Care program is equipped to serve individuals with advanced dementia conditions, and each care type is structured to align with the appropriate level of clinical oversight and daily assistance.
Medical coverage is broad. Nurses (RN/LPN) are on staff, an Activity Director coordinates programming, and 24-hour personnel remain on site, with pull-cord systems linking apartments directly to staff. Oxygen therapy, oral and injectable diabetic management—including sliding-scale insulin—is available. On-site clinical services extend to medication management, ambulatory and incontinence care, hospice coordination, occupational and physical therapy, and routine podiatry. Residents who need full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, or toileting receive it. Mobility support ranges from walker or wheelchair help to one-person, two-person, and full Hoyer-lift transfers.
Apartments vary in configuration, and not every unit contains every feature, but options may include kitchenettes for light meal preparation, independent temperature controls, and cable hookups. Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, and a monthly meal plan to streamline daily tasks while maintaining autonomy.
The dining program prepares meals to order and accommodates physician-directed or resident-requested diet modifications. Residents who prefer to cook in their own kitchenette can do so, while those on the meal plan can count on scheduled restaurant-style service, rotating menus, and the option to request alternatives if needed.
Daily life is supplemented by resident parking, a barber/beauty shop, an exercise room, a movie room, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, and scheduled transportation for appointments or errands. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
