TerraBella Pheasant Ridge offers two primary levels of care: Assisted Living for residents who need help with everyday tasks and Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Short-term respite stays are available, giving families flexible options when temporary support is needed. Diabetes management is supported through on-site monitoring and coordination with physicians, and regular access to a visiting doctor and speech therapist helps residents maintain or improve their health status without leaving the community.
Routines are backed by an emergency call system and a secured environment that helps protect residents who may wander. The on-site clinical lineup includes licensed nurses, medication management, hospice and palliative care coordination, incontinence and ambulatory support, as well as occupational, physical and massage therapy. A podiatrist visits for foot care, and spaces are designed specifically to accommodate memory loss, allowing residents to receive targeted therapeutic programming within the community.
Apartments range from studio and efficiency layouts to units with kitchenettes, and most include utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, air conditioning and wheelchair-accessible showers. Some residences overlook landscaped grounds with walking paths, gardens and outdoor seating areas; others are closer to common spaces such as the central fireplace or parking. Weekly housekeeping is provided, and the campus is pet-friendly—cats are welcome and other small pets may be considered. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
Dining operates on an all-day schedule, so residents can choose meal times that fit their routines. A professional chef prepares a rotating menu that accommodates vegan, gluten-free, no-sugar and low-sodium requirements, and organic ingredients are used when available. International dishes appear alongside traditional favorites, and healthy snacks are stocked throughout the day. Guests are welcome to join for meals.
Residents have access to an activity center that hosts bingo, karaoke, live entertainment, arts and crafts, movie nights and themed dances. Fitness options include chair yoga classes, structured exercise programs and an indoor walking path, while the swimming pool supports low-impact workouts. Clubs, intergenerational events, reminiscence and sensory-based programs encourage social connection, and educational speakers visit regularly through the community’s lifelong learning initiative. A library and computer lounge, happy hours, live music and planned social outings round out the calendar of events.
