Falcons Landing offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care on the same campus, allowing residents to move between levels of support without leaving the community. Clinical teams are equipped to manage residents who wander morning or night, present elopement risk, show combative or other behavioral challenges, stay up throughout the night, or need wound care, oxygen, special diets, or diabetes management—including oral medication, injections, and sliding-scale coverage. Care partners are trained for advanced dementia and accept residents under 60 years of age when appropriate.
Nursing coverage includes an RN or LPN on site around the clock, with an additional nurse on call 24/7. Background-checked staff remain awake overnight, and the building uses door alarms, fenced outdoor areas, WanderGuard devices, pull-cord systems, and PERS units that alert staff or dial 911. Podiatry, audiology, dental services, a therapy room, and psychiatric support are provided in-house. Caregivers deliver full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and they accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby help, one- or two-person transfers, Hoyer lifts, and bed-bound care.
Apartments vary in size and finish; some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, furnished layouts, independent climate controls, cable hookups, and options to paint or decorate. Housekeeping, in-unit laundry, or scheduled laundry service are offered, but not every unit contains each feature. Independent Living residents may add medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry, and a monthly meal plan.
Dining services provide a set menu, made-to-order dishes, and snacks throughout the day. Residents can request in-room trays, use a private dining room for family events, or follow physician-ordered diets such as gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puréed, or thickened-liquid textures.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, outside smoking areas, and a pet-friendly policy—it's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed. A barber/beauty shop, exercise and wellness centers, movie room, library, concierge desk, indoor pool, stair glide, and communal gardens are available, along with on-site religious services and several special-interest clubs. Internet access is provided throughout the property. Transportation options range from shuttle service for medical appointments to a community towne car, and the campus is close to public transit stops.
