Ovation Sienna Hills offers three levels of residence—Independent Living for seniors who want maintenance-free living, Assisted Living for those who need help with daily activities, and a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. Each program is structured so residents can move between levels of support without leaving the campus, and the Memory Care areas are located inside a secured community to reduce wandering risks.
Medical services are integrated into daily life. Residents can receive diabetes care, regular visits from an on-site doctor, and short-term respite or post-hospital stays. Licensed nurses oversee medication management and coordinate hospice when needed. A full rehabilitation team—physical, occupational, and speech therapists—works alongside massage therapists and a podiatrist to address mobility and comfort. Additional clinical services such as incontinence care, ambulatory assistance, optometry, and dentistry are available without leaving the property, and all common spaces are laid out to accommodate memory loss.
Apartment options range from studios to larger layouts and include a mix of features such as kitchenettes, wheelchair-accessible showers, high-speed internet, cable TV, private balconies or patios, and individual climate control. Some residences open to decks overlooking outdoor areas that include a butterfly garden and seating near a central fireplace, while select common rooms have a piano or organ and indoor fireplaces. The community is pet-friendly, offers designated parking, and is fully handicap accessible, but not every apartment contains every feature listed.
Dining is handled by a professional chef who prepares three daily meals plus snacks, with all-day dining available for flexible schedules. Menus rotate among international dishes and can be customized for kosher, vegetarian, vegan, organic, gluten-free, low- or no-sodium, and no-sugar diets. Guest meals are welcomed, and meals are served restaurant-style so residents can choose their seating and portion sizes.
Residents can take advantage of a library and computer lounge, indoor and outdoor walking paths, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness and yoga classes, and an activity center that hosts happy hours, karaoke, live music, birthday parties, dances, and social outings. Clubs, intergenerational programs, Montessori, reminiscence, and other sensory-based activities are scheduled regularly, and raised garden beds, a woodworking shop, and allowed-outdoor areas give hands-on options for hobbyists.
