The community accepts individuals for long-term stays as well as respite or short-term stays. Diabetes management is available, and an on-site physician oversees medical care with support from a speech therapist to address communication or swallowing issues that often accompany cognitive decline.

Care is reinforced by registered and licensed nurses on staff and a nurse who is on call around the clock. Residents have direct access to medication management, incontinence care, ambulatory support, and environments designed specifically to accommodate memory loss. Occupational, physical, and speech therapists, along with a podiatrist, visit the community regularly. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they are trained to help with walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, or a one-person transfer when needed. An activity director coordinates daily programming tailored to memory care needs.

Accommodations include units that feature wheelchair-accessible showers and access to secure outdoor areas where residents can spend time outside under supervision. Not every accommodation contains all of these features, so families should confirm specific details when they tour the community.
