Beehive Homes of Spanish Fork offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, accepting residents with moderate dementia as well as those who wander. Clinical capabilities include wound care, oxygen management, special diet preparation, and complete diabetic support—oral medications, injections, and sliding-scale insulin. The community is also willing to serve adults under 60 when appropriate.
Care delivery is backed by an RN or LPN on staff, a nurse on call 24 hours a day, and an awake night shift. Safety features include fenced front and rear areas, door alarms, and a wander-guard system. Podiatry visits are handled on-site, and residents with psychiatric diagnoses are accepted. Staff provide some physical assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and can accommodate transfers that involve walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, or a one-person assist. An activity director coordinates daily programs.
Private and semi-private rooms are available; some offer a private bathroom, furnishings, individual temperature controls, and basic cable, though not every room includes every feature. Independent Living residents may add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, and laundry services if needed.
Meals follow a set menu served in the dining area, with snacks available throughout the day. The kitchen adjusts for physician-ordered diets, diabetic meal plans, and other nutritional modifications.
Residents have access to on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible common spaces, a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, internet access, communal gardens, and regularly scheduled religious services. Scheduled transportation is provided for medical appointments and personal errands.
