Clinical coverage is reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff and a nurse on call 24 hours a day. Background-checked caregivers work awake night shifts, answer pull-cord and PERS alerts, and monitor door alarms and fenced areas to reduce wandering or elopement. On-site podiatry visits reduce the need for outside appointments.
