Sunridge Assisted Living of Layton delivers two primary levels of care—Assisted Living and Memory Care—under one roof. Residents under 60 are accepted, and the community is equipped to support advanced dementia and related cognitive conditions.

Clinical oversight is reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff, a nurse on call 24 hours a day, and an awake night shift. Background checks are standard, and the property stays secured with staff on site around the clock, fenced outdoor areas, pull-cord alert systems, and optional personal emergency response pendants. On-site podiatry visits are available, and the community will accept residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Caregivers can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they are trained in walker, wheelchair, standby, and one-person transfers.

Private and companion suites are offered, some with private bathrooms and others with shared facilities. Select apartments include kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate. Routine housekeeping and scheduled laundry are included, though not every unit contains all listed features.

The culinary program combines set menus with an on-order option at each meal, daily snacks, and diet modifications such as low-sodium, renal, or diabetic plans. A private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings. Independent Living residents on campus have access to medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, scheduled laundry, and a monthly meal plan tailored to lighter service needs.

Resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, outdoor smoking spots, and pet-friendly policies round out the lifestyle offerings.
