The community is equipped to manage residents who wander during the day or night, remain awake through the night, require oxygen, follow physician-ordered special diets, or live with diabetes—whether managed by oral medications, insulin injections, or sliding-scale dosing. Staff members are trained to support residents under 60, and the program accepts individuals with advanced dementia conditions.

A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on staff, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day. Every employee undergoes background checks, and awake night staff monitor a fully fenced property with door alarms and round-the-clock security. A visiting podiatrist handles routine foot care on-site. Direct care includes full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, along with extensive transfer support—from standby help for walker users to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers for bed-bound residents.

Private and companion rooms are offered furnished, and residents may request to repaint or decorate their space; cable service is available in select units, so it is best to confirm specific features when touring. Common areas are wheelchair accessible, and maintenance handles basic repairs so residents can focus on daily life rather than household tasks.

Meals follow a set menu prepared to physician and dietitian standards. Between meals, snacks are available. The kitchen produces modified textures—mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened liquids—and can adjust carbohydrates, sodium, and other elements as ordered by a resident’s healthcare provider.
