An RN or LPN is on staff, with a nurse available on call around the clock. Caregivers remain awake during the night, and the building is secured with 24-hour staffing, a fenced rear area, and a personal emergency response system that alerts personnel. Podiatry services, nurse-practitioner rounds, and acceptance of psychiatric diagnoses minimize the need for outside appointments. Residents can receive full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and transfer help ranges from standby support to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs.

Private and semi-private rooms are furnished, and families may repaint or decorate to personalize the space. Cable hookups, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are offered, although not every accommodation includes all these features, so families should verify availability during a visit.

Meals follow a set menu with alternatives for dietary management, including vegetarian choices, mechanical-chopped and puréed textures, and thickened liquids. Snacks are available throughout the day, and staff monitor intake for residents on specialized meal plans or diabetic regimens.

Shared amenities include wheelchair-accessible common areas, an on-site barber and beauty shop, internet access, communal gardens, scheduled religious services, a library, and video monitoring in public spaces for added security.
