Rosefield Court offers assisted-living care that covers a wide range of medical needs. The staff is equipped to monitor and support residents who wander during the day or at night, remain awake overnight, or rely on oxygen therapy. The community manages special diets, including diabetic care for residents on oral medications, insulin injections, or sliding-scale regimens. Moderate dementia conditions are accepted, with protocols in place to keep residents safe and engaged.
A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on staff, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day. Team members undergo background checks, work awake night shifts, and answer pull cords and PERS alerts at any hour. The building has door alarms and round-the-clock security personnel. An activity director coordinates daily schedules, while the clinical team oversees medication management. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and can complete transfers that range from standby supervision to one- or two-person lifts for walkers or wheelchairs.
Resident apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, and cable service, and many allow personal painting or decorating. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are available for all units, though not every accommodation contains every listed feature.
Meals are served on both a set menu and an on-order basis, with snacks offered throughout the day. The kitchen can prepare gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid diets and handles other physician-ordered modifications.
Community amenities include wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, internet access, and communal gardens. Scheduled transportation is provided for medical appointments and local errands. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
