Oxygen support is available for residents who require it, and care plans are designed to integrate this therapy into the resident’s daily routine without disrupting other aspects of care.

Medical oversight continues around the clock. An awake night shift monitors residents, coordinates with on-call medical professionals, and follows physician orders for medication management, hospice, ambulatory assistance, incontinence support, and full-assist personal care tasks. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, with staff following established protocols to maintain safety and dignity. Hospice services are offered on site, allowing residents to remain in familiar surroundings if care needs become more complex.

Accommodations include private or companion suites that may feature wheelchair-accessible showers, outdoor sitting areas, and parking for residents who still drive or for visiting family. Some apartments are pet friendly, providing an option for residents who want to bring a companion animal. Because floor plans vary, not every accommodation includes every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specific details during a tour.

Meals are prepared on-site and served three times daily in a communal dining room, with snacks and beverages available throughout the day. The culinary team can adjust menus to meet physician-ordered diets or individual preferences, ensuring residents with health conditions such as diabetes or swallowing difficulties receive appropriate nutrition.
