Additional daily-living support is organized around an awake night staff, an enclosed courtyard for secure outdoor time, and full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Incontinence care is available, and transfer help ranges from standby supervision to walker or wheelchair support. Residents arriving on hospice can be admitted without delay, and individualized care plans are updated as conditions change.
Accommodations vary from studios to larger apartments, many with private baths, kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs, cable or satellite service, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer and dryer connections. Some layouts are wheelchair-accessible with roll-in showers or grab bars, while others feature porches, fireplaces, or surface parking. Outdoor garden areas, landscaped walking paths, and shared indoor common rooms add additional living space; however, not every unit contains every feature listed.
Dining operates on an all-day schedule with restaurant-style table service, room service, and a rotating menu that can be customized for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, no-sugar, or organic preferences. Guests may purchase meals, and healthy snacks are stocked throughout the day. The culinary staff coordinates closely with clinical teams to align menus with diabetic guidelines and other physician-ordered diets.
Residents have access to a barber and beauty shop, concierge service for appointments and deliveries, high-speed internet, a fireside living room with a community piano, and paved walking paths around the property.
