Staff members can be summoned through a pull-cord alert system and provide 24-hour coverage. On-site clinical services encompass incontinence and ambulatory care, memory care programming, massage therapy, hospice coordination, medication management, and scheduled visits from nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists and podiatrists. Direct assistance is available for full-service bathing, dressing and toileting, along with some help at meals. Transfers are supported for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs, require standby supervision, or need a one-person lift.
Apartments are available in several floor plans, and not every unit includes every feature, but options can include a kitchenette for light meal preparation, individual climate controls and basic cable service. Residents furnish their own décor, and maintenance is handled by the community.
Daily meals follow a set menu that accommodates common dietary needs. Staff members plate and serve the food, with optional assistance for residents who need help cutting or eating. Weekly housekeeping and laundry are provided for Independent Living residents, allowing them to focus on social and recreational activities rather than routine chores.
