Cable television, regular housekeeping, scheduled laundry, and a backup generator for power continuity are part of the basic services.

Meals follow a set menu with snacks available throughout the day. The kitchen staff manages dietary modifications such as gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid diets, coordinating with nursing to align with physicians’ orders and residents’ care plans.
