Chapters Memory Care and Assisted Living offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to remain on the same campus as their needs change. The community is prepared to manage a wide range of medical requirements, including day-time and night-time wandering, elopement risk, behavioral issues, wound care, oxygen use, and special diet management. Residents living with diabetes receive support whether they rely on oral medications, insulin injections, or sliding-scale dosing, and the staff is trained to care for adults under the age of sixty as well as those with advanced dementia.

Hands-on assistance is available for every daily activity—bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting can all be performed with full staff help when required. Transfer capabilities include walker and wheelchair support, standby or supervised transfers, one-person and two-person transfers, and full mechanical lift (Hoyer) transfers. A nurse is on site 24 hours a day, background checks are completed on all team members, and an awake night shift is standard. The building uses perimeter fencing, door alarms, pull-cord alerts, and personal emergency response systems so staff can respond quickly at any hour. An activity director coordinates daily engagement.

Accommodations range from furnished rooms with private bathrooms to more basic layouts; some residences include cable service and the option to paint or decorate walls, while others do not. Prospective residents can choose the setup that best fits their preferences and budget, knowing that every room is designed to support mobility equipment and nursing access.

Meals follow a set menu prepared to meet nutritional guidelines, with adjustments available for physician-ordered diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, or texture-modified plans. Snacks are stocked throughout the day and evening so residents can maintain stable blood sugar or simply enjoy an extra bite outside scheduled mealtimes.

The campus is wheelchair accessible throughout and provides a barber and beauty shop, a dedicated movie room, and community-wide internet access for email, video chats, and streaming.
