Independent Living is designed for residents who are largely self-sufficient but want the reassurance of on-site staff and maintenance-free living. Assisted Living adds daily help with medication management and personal care while still encouraging resident autonomy. Memory Care provides a secure, structured setting for people living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, integrating specialized programming and heightened supervision.

The community is equipped to manage wandering behaviors both day and night, elopement risks, and residents who stay up throughout the night. Staff can administer oxygen, prepare physician-ordered special diets, and supervise diabetics who use oral medications. Advanced dementia needs are accepted, and Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses are on staff for clinical oversight. All employees undergo background checks. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and the team can perform transfers ranging from standby support to two-person lifts, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs.

Apartments come in several floor plans, including studios and one- or two-bedroom layouts. Many units feature private bathrooms with grab bars, emergency call systems, and wide doorways to aid mobility, while select apartments include kitchenettes, patios, or lake views. Not all accommodations have every feature, so it is best to confirm specific details when touring.

Residents receive three daily meals plus snacks in a central dining room with table service. Menus are prepared to meet nutritional guidelines and can be modified for diabetic, low-sodium, or other physician-directed diets. Flexible meal times and take-away options are available, but some plans may limit these choices.
