Residents who need support with medication or chronic conditions can be accommodated whether they are wanderers during the day or night, require oxygen, stay awake overnight, or manage diabetes with oral medications. The Memory Care program is structured to serve individuals with advanced dementia, providing a secure environment while still encouraging daily engagement.
Clinical oversight includes an RN or LPN on staff, an on-call nurse 24 hours a day, and background-checked caregivers who remain awake on night shift. Apartments are equipped with door alarms and pull-cord systems that alert staff, while 24-hour security personnel monitor the grounds. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing and toileting, and standby supervision is offered for eating. Transfer help ranges from standby support to one-person physical transfers for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs. The community also accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses, coordinating with outside providers as needed. An Activity Director schedules programming every day to keep residents active.
Accommodation options vary and may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, basic furnishings, independent temperature controls, cable service, housekeeping and scheduled laundry. Because floor plans differ, not every apartment includes every feature, so families should confirm specifics during a tour. Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping and laundry as part of their service package, freeing them to enjoy the community’s social and recreational offerings.
Dining services combine a set menu with an on-order option at each meal. Snacks are available throughout the day, and room service or a private dining room can be arranged when needed. The culinary staff can modify textures for mechanical chopped, puréed or thickened-liquid diets and will work with physicians to honor other medical or cultural diet requirements.
