BeeHive Homes of Lubbock provides two primary levels of care: Assisted Living and Memory Care. Residents who need everyday help with activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management receive support under the Assisted Living program. Those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia can enter the Memory Care program, which offers structured routines and specialized oversight to help reduce confusion and promote safety.
Additional medical support is available for short-term respite stays, including coverage for residents managing diabetes. The community maintains 24-hour security and an emergency call system. On-site services such as incontinence and ambulatory care, regular visits from licensed nurses and a podiatrist, and access to hospice services allow most health needs to be addressed without leaving the property. This arrangement reduces hospital transfers and helps residents remain in familiar surroundings.
Private and companion suites feature options such as vaulted ceilings, wheelchair-accessible showers, and easy access to landscaped outdoor areas. Not every accommodation includes all these features, so prospective residents should confirm availability during a tour.
Three daily meals are prepared on site, with kosher and vegetarian selections offered alongside standard menus. Staff monitor dietary needs and can adjust portions or ingredients to meet physician-ordered restrictions.
Residents can stay engaged in the activity center, spend time outdoors in designated areas, or use the library and computer lounge for reading, internet access, or quiet study.
