On-site medical resources include up to 16 hours of nursing per day, hospice coordination, wound care, stroke care, speech and occupational therapy, medication management, and individualized care planning. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, some help with eating, and a range of transfer support from standby to two-person transfers, whether by walker or wheelchair.

Private and companion accommodations are available; some offer in-room cable, while others do not. A set menu is prepared daily, with attention to therapeutic diets such as low-sugar or carbohydrate-controlled meals for residents managing diabetes. Independent Living residents have access to the same campus dining program and may elect laundry service for an additional fee, keeping personal chores to a minimum while retaining a more autonomous lifestyle.
