MRC The Crossings offers three tiers of residential care: Independent Living for active adults who need minimal oversight, Assisted Living for residents who benefit from help with daily activities, and a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood structured for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Licensed nurses and trained caregivers are on site around the clock in Assisted Living and Memory Care, handling medication administration, health monitoring, and coordination with physicians and therapists. Residents can transition between levels of care without leaving the campus, which helps maintain continuity of medical oversight.
Beyond direct clinical services, the community delivers a range of supportive features that reinforce residents’ health. Scheduled physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions are available through on-site or visiting providers. A regular wellness program encourages strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness, and staff track each resident’s participation to note any changes in condition. An emergency response system connects every living area to staff stations, and transportation is arranged for outside medical appointments. Memory Care residents benefit from structured cognitive programs, secure outdoor areas, and lower staff-to-resident ratios to facilitate constant supervision.
Accommodations at MRC The Crossings vary from studio suites to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Depending on the selected floor plan, units may include features such as kitchenettes, full kitchens, in-unit laundry, walk-in showers with grab bars, individual climate control, and cable or internet hookups. Housekeeping, linen changes, and maintenance are handled by staff, while weekly wellness checks help identify emerging needs. Not all accommodations have all the features listed, so prospective residents are encouraged to review specific layouts during a visit.
Dining services provide three daily meals prepared by culinary staff in a commercial kitchen, served restaurant-style in the main dining room for Independent and Assisted Living residents. Menus rotate regularly and can accommodate physician-ordered diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, or heart-healthy options. Memory Care residents receive the same menu in a smaller, secured dining space where caregivers offer cueing and assistance as needed. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and guests can join residents for meals with advance notice.
