Apartments feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, basic furnishings, cable connections, independent temperature controls, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry service, with the option for residents to paint or further decorate their rooms. Because unit layouts vary, not every apartment contains every listed feature; prospective residents should verify specific amenities during a tour.
Meals follow a set menu prepared to medical and personal specifications, with diet accommodations that include gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanically chopped, puréed, and thickened-liquid options. Snacks are available throughout the day, and residents may choose to dine in their rooms or reserve a private dining room for family visits.
