Quail Park of Granbury offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care in one campus, allowing residents to move between levels of care without changing communities. The team is prepared to assist individuals who wander during the day or night, rely on oxygen, follow physician-ordered special diets, or manage diabetes with oral medications. Residents living with moderate dementia receive structured Memory Care programming that emphasizes safety and predictable routines while still encouraging as much independence as is practical.
Support is reinforced by a 24-hour nurse on call, an awake night staff, and comprehensive background checks for all employees. On-site services include nursing oversight, medication coordination and management, occupational and physical therapy, podiatry, hospice, ambulatory care, and help with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and dining. Incontinence management and full laundry service are available. Transfers are accommodated for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs, as well as those who simply need standby cues or a one-person assist. The building is monitored around the clock to maintain resident safety.
Residences can be selected with a private bathroom, independent temperature controls, and scheduled housekeeping, though not every apartment includes every one of these features. The dining program serves a set menu three times a day and can modify textures to mechanical chop, purée, or thickened liquids when required by clinical order. Staff remain nearby to offer standby supervision at meals for residents who need help cutting food or pacing intake.
Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping and may opt into a monthly meal plan, giving them the convenience of prepared meals while still retaining the freedom to cook in their own apartment if they wish. Additional support services such as maintenance and scheduled transportation are accessible on an as-needed basis, allowing seniors to remain self-directed without sacrificing practical assistance.
Community amenities include wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber/beauty shop, landscaped communal gardens, and scheduled shuttle service for medical appointments. Pets are allowed. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
