Clinical oversight is reinforced by registered and licensed nurses on site around the clock, an additional nurse on call 24/7, and a full program of background-screened, awake night staff. Emergency pull cords and personal emergency response systems connect directly to staff, and exterior doors are alarmed with fenced outdoor areas for added safety. Residents have on-site access to podiatry, audiology, dental visits, therapy space, and acceptance of psychiatric conditions. Daily living help is offered at the level required, from standby assistance with a walker to one- or two-person wheelchair transfers. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, and toileting, while eating support is provided for those able to self-feed but needing monitoring or cuing.
Accommodation options include suites with private bathrooms, some offering kitchenettes, furnished layouts, and individual climate controls. Cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are provided, and a limited number of units have in-suite washers and dryers. Residents may paint or decorate their rooms to personalize the space, though not every apartment includes every listed feature.
