The Preserve at Spring Creek offers three levels of living: Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Residents who need daily help can receive assistance with bathing, dressing, medication administration, and other activities of daily living from trained aides supervised by licensed nurses. Those in Independent Living maintain a higher degree of autonomy but can still access on-site nursing staff, routine wellness checks, and emergency response systems when needed. The Memory Care program provides a secured setting with staff trained in dementia support, personalized care plans, and behavior monitoring to promote safety and reduce confusion.
Additional medical support features include 24-hour staffing, on-call physicians, and coordination with outside specialists for physical, occupational, or speech therapy. Regular vital-sign monitoring, pharmacy services, and chronic disease management help residents maintain a stable health profile. Scheduled transportation is available for off-site medical appointments, and family members receive updates through care conferences to ensure continuity of treatment goals.
Accommodation options range from studios to one- and two-bedroom layouts, with a choice of private or companion suites. Many units include kitchenettes, individual climate controls, walk-in showers with grab bars, and emergency call systems, though not every unit has every listed feature. Weekly housekeeping, linen service, basic utilities, and maintenance are included in the monthly fee to reduce everyday burdens for residents.
Dining is provided three times a day in a central dining room, with menus developed by dietary staff to meet general, low-sodium, diabetic, or other physician-ordered nutrition plans. Snacks are available throughout the day, and residents who are ill can request meal delivery to their rooms. Holiday and themed meals give families the chance to dine together on campus, and a private dining area can be reserved for special occasions.
